In an unusual first step for a brand strategy project, we named a new tile range. This step made it clear that they have truly unique products, but their brand story needed to better reflect their strengths and ambition.
Through workshops and conversations, we developed a clear strategic direction which we could use to underpin marketing activity, including a refreshed website, and naming further product ranges.
Now their story is clear they can get on with the business of changing of an entire industry.
